The project involved the assessment of structural loads, the design of a grillage system to effectively transfer these loads to the existing foundation, and the strengthening of the foundation to ensure its capacity to support the additional demands. The scope included detailed analysis of load paths, development of a robust grillage framework for even load distribution, and implementing foundation reinforcement measures to enhance stability and structural integrity. Additionally, Tekla modeling and detailing were carried out to produce precise fabrication drawings for the grillage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during the manufacturing and installation process.
